🚫 Returns

We do not accept returns on any products, including unopened or unused items. All sales are final once your order is placed and processed.


πŸ’³ Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be issued on a case-by-case basis, under the following conditions:

  • Your item arrived damaged or broken
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your package was not delivered and the tracking number shows no confirmation of delivery

To submit a claim, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Please email us at support@tiktonicsalternatives.com and include:

  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Photos of the product(s), outer packaging, and shipping label
  • Your order number and shipping address

If your request is approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment
  • Store credit
  • Or a refund, at our discretion

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the credit.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received
  • Delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other shipping providers
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

We encourage you to add Route Package Protection at checkout for added coverage against loss, theft, or damage in transit.
